For CT1001 thermostats. The thermostat must be set to a maximum heat 70 degrees and
minimum cool of 76 degrees. The thermostats must also have the Partial lock enable and
running a 7 day schedule that is consistent with the EnergyStar recommendations on page 68
of the manual.

For CT100 thermostats. The thermostat must run it's default EnergyStar recommended
temperature settings.

To file a claim. Please email returns@controltempthermostats.com. You will need to
provide proof of purchase, purchase date, and 2yrs worth of utility bills. We will process
your refund once we receive the thermostat back with all the supporting documentation

Return Policy:
We accept returns up to 30 days from the date of purchase. The unit must be returned in
working order with the original manual, materials and packaging.

How To Return An Item:

1. Please email returns@controltempthermostats.com to request a refund and we will assign
you a RMA# and an address to ship your return.

2. Mail the unit, UPS or FedEx, back to us. You are responsible for all return shipping
charges.

3. Include in your package a letter with the RMA # and the reason for the return

Shipping Fees:

You are responsible for all shipping fees and insurance.

Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receiving the return.

1 Year limited Warranty:

We offer a 1 Year limited warranty. If your unit stops working within 1 year of purchase, we
will replace it free of charge. Warranty is void if the unit has been installed incorrectly or has
been abused or broken outside of normal wear and tear. Please email
